  6. To recover your account, enter your Recovery Key.

  7. Now you need to create a new Master Password. Make sure to use a unique and strong password.

  8. Click Recover Account.

  9. Login to your account with a new Master Password.

How can I get a Recovery Key?

You are always asked to download or copy Recovery Key during the signup.
If you have not done that, you can find a Recovery Key in profile settings:

  1. Log in to your SafePass Personal account.

  2. Press an arrow at the top left corner, next to your name.

  3. Click Profile & Account.

  4. Here you can find Recovery Key. Press “Get Key”.

  5. Copy or download your Recovery Key. Keep it somewhere safe, so you always find it if needed.

Important! The Recovery Key is the only way to gain access back to your vault in case you forget your Master Password. Without Recovery Key, not even we at PassCamp cannot help you to gain access to your account.

How to Recover my Master Password?

Unfortunately, if you do not have a Recovery Key, there is no option to fully recover your account. You can only reset your account and create a new Master Password. Yet, during Account Reset, you will lose all your stored items.

Click on this link to follow the guidelines on Account Reset.
